Amazing yet Unsatisfying.
Sales Consultant in Gurnee:
Pros: The environment with my coworkers is absolutely amazing. We’re always helping each other grow. Seeing final results on finalized projects is so rewarding. There are a lot of pros opposed to cons.
Cons: The pay could be better for the work Design Consultants do. We practically do everything in the whole store from selling, designing, cashiering, loading product. It’s a lot to take in. Flat out the pay could be much better.
