Pros: Being able to talk to customers about technology and how its changing and connecting it to their lives so they can see how they would use it in their normal life.
Cons: Management always says they want to help you move up in the company but they don't ever follow through with it. Managers need to be more mindful on how they come off to other employees. If we aren't hitting numbers help us get better don't just ask why we aren't performing
