Sales Administrator:
Be able to keep on top of multiple tasks at once, keeping lists to make sure you are not missing anything. Always double check yourself. When getting mixed instructions from Management always take the instruction that covers most admin procedures and be firm when backing up your reasoning in response to Manager who you did not follow. If you take the quick reactive way then things fall apart down the line. Know when to ask for help to cover yourself, but don't expect to receive it. When things get busy, management can then be aware that you busy are are less critical on basic performance slipping. If they do help out make sure to go back and double check the work they did to see all procedures were taken care of. Take any opportunity to learn more about the products and the field they used in. You will be thrown in the deep end every day. With your new self taught knowledge create new templates for responding to customers faster in future.
