Sales & Marketing Assistant Reviews
What is it like working as a Sales & Marketing Assistant?
February 2015
Sales & Marketing Assistant:
Pros: I like that my job is versatile and on a day to day basis I am never just doing one thing specifically.
I have always been in a position whereby I work very closely with the Boss, and because of this I am trusted to carry out and get involved in all areas of the business, making decisions about Sales, Marketing, Branding, Advertising, the effective running of the office and the company processes and procedures. I have freedom to voice my opinion, as are all the employees here and our Boss listens to us. We all work for the benefit of the company and there is a great work environment here.
I like that the company is always improving and progressing and I am free to use my own creativity and initiative to make this happen.
Cons: I would love to get paid more money, and I would love to never have to work Saturdays (which I do one weekend a month) or sometimes when it's required I will do a few together at no extra cost.
