I also enjoy making a difference in the employees life by showing them that I care and I want to help take care of them in an injury. I also really enjoy the trending data from gathering it to calculating it out and seeing the positive trends that come from doping the job right populate on my charts.
Cons: I agreed to stay in safety after being promoted to an environmental job, because the safety manager, my boss quit. It has been six months with no replacement and I am the only person in safety for 800 employees.
