Pros: I learn a lot about the driftnet law's our company must at hear to. And all the challenges we face.
Cons: I don't know were I stand. They want to implement the law and they don't want to implement the law. I don't know what to do.

Pros: Now workers are train in a language they fully understand, they can ask question without worrying they won't be understood, communication between office and field has improved a lot.
Cons: Not the same benefits as other management positions. No vehicle allowance, no cell phone, no vacation. No formal title within the company.

Safety Manager:
Know and understand the business you enter into including the non volunteered political games played between management members. Always a good idea to make an effort to talk to current employees.
Ask for external audit reports and confirm committment to the discipline.
