June 2022
Mentally stimulating, fast paced, spirituality rewarding.
Retail Sales Specialist in Enid:

Cons: Can barely pay the bills
May 2021
Better Management.
Retail Sales Specialist in Gilbert:
Pros: Meeting new clients making them feel great about themselves in a fashion of beauty.
Cons: Not being appreciated and management in HR (OPS) being unprofessional.
January 2021
Stressful if done properly.
Retail Sales Specialist in Narberth:
Pros: Talking with customers and getting them the tech help they need
Cons: My specific location is among the best in the state, so we push numbers really hard in terms of selling. That's a good thing, but that numbers push compares very poorly to my pay, especially when considering other stores who perform way less and their tech employees get the same wages.
September 2020
Stressful.
Retail Sales Specialist in Dearborn:
Pros: Helping customers and making metrics
Cons: Store manager clearly staring at meetings that we are replaceable
September 2019
Constantly changing with no stability in management.
Retail Sales Specialist in Niles:
Pros: I understand my job very well and am able to perform it easily.
Cons: Unequal pay scale. Their inability to hire and keep qualified people who will show up for their shifts consistently.
August 2019
Not a living wage.
Retail Sales Specialist in Milwaukee:
Pros: Helping people resolve their automotive needs.
Cons: The pay is a slap in the face and regardless of corporate spiels about how they all care and working as a team is key... I feel like a number/peon.
August 2019
Retail is personal. Commissioned sales generates stress btwn employees. Our daily job is rated making $ for Nord credit cards apps. Nord is trying to become an online presence resulting in employee fear&dissatisfaction.
Retail Sales Specialist in Minneapolis:
Pros: I like working in my hometown. I know my customers. I know what kind of customers they are. And my customers trust me because I have lived here my whole life and they trust my opinion because I know their lifestyle. Nordstrom still has an old school feel to it which is a fresh breath away from shopping online which young people and old people like both enjoy.
Cons: Because my store is slow there's a lot of downtime and a lot of my fellow players just stand around and talk. I'm working all the time but even My own boss who stands around and talks. That annoys me the most because this is a professional environment and I feel we all should be working. Most of the time there's a lot of gossip because there's too much downtime. But most of the time I thoroughly enjoy the company because it's so pretty and the people who work there because they're usually pretty nice and the customers because they know me.
