Retail Sales Representative in Westfield:
Pros: Solo work, ability to make decision based on need.
Cons: Pay of mileage and use of personal car is not on par with other companies- Increase in work expectations and pressure to meet quotas has turned this into a sales job- without a sales salary- Rules change like the weather and more and more pressure is put on reps to pick up costs associated with the job- travel pay is a joke and wear and tear on car causes most people to leave and work min-wage job with less aggravation- the hourly pay after deducting the cost to operate car used for work tends to be less than min wage in most states- turn over is high-
