Working in San Francisco, California is quite relaxing, but the high living cost has put a lot of pressure on my shoulders.

Pros: The people who I interact with are very nice, and the culture itself in San Francisco is something I enjoy.
Cons: The pay is not sufficient for living, and working double shifts/jobs seems to be a standard.

Management vs. Staff it seems like.

Pros: My coworkers are some of my closest friends, we stick the stress out together help each other be productive and get our work done. Also trying to resolved problems brought by our management staff.
Cons: Entire management staff, lack of consideration for employees, lack of knowledge how to run a restaurant, unprofessional how situations are handled.
