The atmosphere in the store is fantastic. It's really easy to go into work and be productivce.

Pros: It's a pretty laid back environment. Everyone goes in, does their job, and goes home.
Cons: Since the franchise has to meet a certain labor goal, sometimes the management team has more responsibility put on their shoulders because inshop workers get cut in order to meet said labor goal.

Pros: The people. Especially the customers and the regulars u get to know. There are a lot of interesting people who teach u new things everyday. You would be surprised at how much u dont know about life and experience. Never take life for granted and treat everybody with respect and kindness because it is them that u have a job and I am grateful for everything I have
Cons: Nothing really. Well I take that back, I think going home smelling like the food we make there is my dislike. The food is great dont get me wrong I eat it enough but I could leave the smell at work instead of going home smelling like a French fry
