Pros: I Love the weather climate and and location

Pros: You get to meet a lot of new and interesting people that come from all over the world.
Cons: It's mostly seasonal, sure you still work in the winter but its only 10-15 hours a week. Then for 3 months the population explodes and you are trying to catch up with no way to stop and breathe.

Pros: The satisfaction of repairing faults and in turn making our home owners, tenants and guests happy. Maintaining the resorts overall appearance as five star.
Cons: Complaints that cannot be attended to immediately, re-occurring faults.
