Residential Treatment Program Manager:
Keeping up with supervising staff and ensuring a therapeutic environment in multiple specialized programs is certainly challenging. It requires a lot of dedication and commitment to ensure success. Flexible hours are great but also a challenge when you get called in at 3am. This job is not for everyone. If you love to work and want a challenge, make sure you have the time and dedication to ensure successful programs. If you can't keep up, this job will suck. Otherwise, it's a really awesome job that's very rewarding!
