Residency Coordinator Reviews
What is it like working as a Residency Coordinator?
January 2022
Transitioning from Academia to Practice.
Residency Coordinator in Dallas:
Pros: I enjoy helping newly licensed nurses make their transition from the school setting to the real world setting of the hospital
Cons: Most employees have no idea the amount of work goes into onboarding newly hired staff and into the newly licensed RNs 12 month program. I mostly feel misunderstood, underappreciated and taken for granted.
September 2019
A very enjoyable position.
Residency Coordinator in Cincinnati:
Pros: The department I work in is very collaborative and many move on due to promotions which is a great problem to have.
Cons: The annual merit raise depends on everyone in your department If one person gets a higher raise then someone else has to get a lower raise. Very difficult to get the full 3%
February 2016

Cons: Lack of fair compensation.
October 2014
