Reservations Manager in Boulder:
I am the reservations manager of a very small department and as such it can be very difficult to manage time off requests for employees, being short staffed, hiring people since you need open availability etc. I believe that working with a larger department with more employees can be a lot easier in that respect than with a small department like mine since I am usually the one having to pull up the slack.

Reservations Manager:
The daily role requires flexibility and adaptability. There are various unforeseen situations which can arise and staff/customer issues to deal with.
