Reservationist Reviews
What is it like working as a Reservationist?
November 2015
Reservationist.
Reservationist:
Pros: Working with clients to reserve group tours and parties, fairly relaxed environment, business casual dress, benefits (free tours). Always something to do.
Cons: I tend to feel under appreciated, some coworkers are quick to blame and it usually falls on me, even if it's not caused because of me. We're in a transition and I have had to take on new responsibilities and roles.

It's All In The Details.
Reservationist:
Being a reservationist at a private golf club with cottages - means working diligently to get all the details and making sure all departments are aware before the members and their guests arrive. Schedules, schedules, schedules. And always back it up with paperwork between you and the member or assistant.
