Good company overall. Can be laid back depending on the department you are on. Good benefits, and working environment. Really depends on your micro environment. High turnover in some teams. Overall enjoy working but worry about upwards mobility as the company values legacy.

Pros: no micromanaging and complete trust and support from my direct manager so I have freedom how I can do my project
Cons: some people have been leaving and I realized the turn over rate of people here is ~2 years, which I'm not sure if it's good or bad

Cons: As a non-tenure track senior scientist, there is no pathway for career progression. I also feel underappreciated and like my pay is not even close to what I could be paid outside of academia.
