Pros: The fact that I am given a lot of autonomy to complete my tasks, the relaxed atmosphere at work, the means at our disposal.
Cons: The short shortsightedness of management.

Pros: Flexible, variety of projects, define your own future.
Cons: Could be stuck in the same project for years.

Cons: Unstable work loads. Insufficient resources for the project. Not my field of research.
