Pros: My place of work is close to home; I studied in the Political Field and I am in government; I am gaining valuable experience; and. I am learning new things all the time.
Cons: They pay very badly; I work really hard and do not get recognized; I have to do managerial work at an intern salary; If I ask for better remuneration, I get told off; I am on a temporary contract; and. There is a lot of comradery and unfairness in permanent job opportunities offered.
