Rehabilitation Technician in Benton:
Pros: I enjoy working with patients, I have been in the same facility, prior to taking on the role as the rehab tech for Select, since 2013 working as a CNA/restorative aide and I have had a great rapport with all the departments in the facility/residents who reside here. My heart is with the elderly and I believe my compassion for the residents shows.
Cons: We are a contract company for our facility and communication between the two has historically not been the greatest, but with new management in both companies we are striving to fix communicative issues and we have been able to see some improvement.
