October 2019
Rehabilitation Specialist in Crescent City:
CEO of Company aware of severe understaffing, advises staff to do more, threatens yanking pay and directs quality control worker and clinical supervisor to place staff on probation or corrective requirements rather than resolve issue.
October 2019
Great environment, terrible job security.
Rehabilitation Specialist in Eugene:
Pros: The people I work with, the patients that I know were impacted by my guidance truly gives me the sense of making difference; of having hope and seeing beauty in sometimes bleak or dark places. Great sense of purpose
Cons: There is little to no communication between the director/management and employees of the company. There is absolutely no Job security, the turn over rate is astounding; that's not to say that anyone is "mean" but one does get the sense of being easily replaceable
March 2019
Rehabilitation Specialist in Baltimore:
Pros: Ability to assist distressed populations
Cons: Slow response from the main hospital at times.
February 2019
Rehabilitation Specialist:
Loved the work and the members which is why 3 star. If scaled on Management or support from them, would rank a 1 star. No value for employees, clicks to promote and raises are practically nil. You have to Love what you're doing to stay and there is a lot of turnover. No effort to keep good employees. Morale is very low. Took early retirement and Grateful that I am able to do so. Will volunteer and follow my passion.
