Rehabilitation Aide Reviews
What is it like working as a Rehabilitation Aide?
August 2020
Great place to work, but compensation is unsatisfactory.
Rehabilitation Aide in Newark:
Pros: I really enjoy helping patients get back into their community.
Cons: After 8 years of work, I wish I was compensated more. As a 35 year old, with two bachelor degrees, I should be struggling to make ends meet- living paycheck to paycheck. I barely make $900 every two weeks.
October 2019
Micromanaging at its finest.
Rehabilitation Aide in Livermore:
Pros: Helping patients get better and healthier
Cons: Everything else
March 2019
Overworked and Underpaid.
Rehabilitation Aide in River Forest:
Pros: Flexible schedule, close location, business casual attire
Cons: Overuse of aides for every little task by therapists, underpaid wages considering job tasks and level of education, expectations to know and perform tasks therapists remain oblivious to, performing tasks out of scope of job duties
