Challenging in a good way and always evolving.

Cons: No evaluation pay raises for 8 years because it’s not in the budget. We have hired 3 new doctors and lots of support staff in last 5 years. Techs hired in last few years make $5 more an hour and I’m the lead tech. Was to get another weeks paid vacation after 10 years and now that’s been taken away,
