Pros: The respectful environment between medical professionals, and the ability to change work environments and have continuous learning. The pay and benefits are great as well.
Cons: I am starting to dislike moving every couple of years.

Great place to gather experience in a high-paced level 1 trauma center. This place gets some of the sickest patients in the southeast. Culture of safety is high. Large departments/units and frequent resident rotations makes my job challenging.
