Focus on the patient.Identification of the patient and procedure . Be the advocate for the patient that always comes first.Maintain basic nursing care eg . Washing of hands to avoid infection to be spread. Document all doctors rounds, patient care, radiologist, physiotherapist reports etc.Remember if its not written not done.Work within your scope of practice unless under direct supervision of a senior sister or nurse. Keep you self healthy and foremost in positive mindset always.Keep your problems to yourself and do not relay your own health experience onto the patient.
