Pretty flexible but would at least like to know if they will change my schedule so I can plan my life accordingly. Management is not that great. One supervisor always picks on me. Compensation and benefits are good. Lots of good and nice Doctors. I didnt like OR as much aa I liked it when I was still a student nurse.

I’m happy with my job and the people I work with but management doesn’t really listen and not big on giving raises. I haven’t had an increase in pay for years. Several surgeons treat you so disrespectful.
