Pros: We have excellent staff and the nurses and providers have an amazing team working relationship. The nurses in the ER are able to utilize,practice,and learn so many skills with a supportive environment and also hold a great deal of autonomy amongst the physicians.
Cons: The pay rates could be improved and fair annual raises would be a plus!
