Pros: Healthcare benefits are decent.
Cons: No 401k match. Raises are hardly enough to keep up with inflation. You’ll get 2% if you’re lucky and that is based on hourly production. So if you want a raise you should clock out when u have a hole. They have made it harder to get pto. We get no sick days and no pay for maternity leave. Management is extremely passive aggressive in my particular office. A lot of pressure to sell fl and ocs.
