Challenging but Rewarding.
Registered Behavior Technician in Merrillville:
Pros: Watching the kiddos learn!! I’ve have the amazing experience of teaching children that were considered Non-Verbal, how to communicate theirs wants and needs whether that be through, pointing, PECS, Assistive tech, Signing, and even talking..... that’s what I like the most. Hopebridge runs a nice balance of structure and natural play. I’ve been in three clinics and by far and I like it here.
Cons: Company policies. And working with all women. We can be, well, you know....

Ok.
Registered Behavior Technician in Honolulu:
Pros: The children are the best part of this job. I've liked my supervisors but turn over is extremely high at this agency.
Cons: The general lack of communication between upper eschelons and us little people workers down here. The communication is really bad.
