Referral Coordinator Reviews

What is it like working as a Referral Coordinator?

May 2020
Good.
Referral Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale:
Pros: My team, my coworkers and direct boss are amazing. We work how we should as a Team, constructive, teaching on another, never taking things personal, positive and helpful. Love them
Cons: Due to pandemic covid19 they have consolidated clinics, taken away usual paid holidays, closed on good friday and forced everyone to use PTO or forced them to just choose not to use PTO of its not sufficient for their hourly staff, doubled the work with no hazard pay for those taking on new things to keep the company afloat in challenging times.

Very fulling.

Referral Coordinator in Apple Valley:
Pros: I like that we are offered health benefits, 401K, PTO, etc. I love my job and being able to help other but I do to much work for what I am being paid for which is extremely unfair.
Cons: Everyone is not treated fairly. Higher management favors more than others. If you're not willing to do CERTAIN things, dont expect to get a raise of any kind.
