Pros: Our Government, commerce, and future planning has the best interest of Gen X and Millenials in mind vs many other larger cities. The diversity in culture and importance on healthy living makes Denver ideal for those who are building a life.
Cons: Pay equity is still being worked out. Our property tax structure is progressive based on assessed value, so when the market heats up, we all take a hit.

Recruiting Director in Troy:
Know your job as well as their job, you can't lead a recruiting team if you don't understand their pain. Be fair to all your employees no matter how you feel about them, don't treat one better than another. Be their voice, recruiting is hard to make sure you are the voice for them. Get to know your team individually to know what makes them tick.
