Recruiting Coordinator - Finally A Fit.
Recruiting Coordinator:
Pros: This position is very busy which makes my day go faster but not stressful. There is much to learn and many additional projects to assist or take the lead on to provide additional experience and break the monotony of the routine aspects of the position.
Cons: Your time spent on all scheduling aspects of the position can be wasted, often, due to a change in the schedules of others so, at times, you will experience re-work. This position leads to nowhere as the company, as of 2015, does not have a transition position into recruiting. All recruiters are Senior Recruiters with 3 years experience.
November 2014
Its like stepping on hot stones.
Recruiting Coordinator:
Pros: Fast pace and daily challenges.
Cons: Fast pace and stress which comes with it.
