Recruiting Associate Reviews

What is it like working as a Recruiting Associate?

June 2021
Undesirable compared to other cities like Makati, Taguig.
Recruiting Associate in Quezon City:
Pros: None
Cons: Required Occupational Permit even working at home
June 2019
Great place to work!
Recruiting Associate in San Jose:
Pros: I really feel valued in my role, and the staff is very warm and welcoming.
Cons: Few opportunities to grow into a full-time permanent role.
November 2018
Recruiting Associate:
OpenX is a good place to work. They pay higher that average, have great benefits and perks. There is corporate drama and nonsense like most companies but the pros outweigh the cons. I highly recommend it!
November 2017
Different but great.
Recruiting Associate in Salt Lake City:
Pros: Overall a very good experience. Opportunity for growth and development for young fresh out of college students.
Cons: No diversity makes it difficult to relate to others. The commute is aweful.
March 2014
Nice Perks, Lower Salary.
Recruiting Associate:
Pros: Great facility. Nice perks (food, drinks, games, company events) Good equipment (computer, hardware, desk, etc) Company culture. All hands meetings. Internal transfers.
Cons: Low pay salary and infrequent raises. Huge discrepancies in pay between upper management and average employees. Overcrowding.
December 2013
Fast Paced And Always Changing. Long Hours And Overtime.
Recruiting Associate:
Pros: I like the option to work from home and to come in a bit later if needed. The casual dress environment is nice too. It is also interesting to learn about various professions while speaking with candidates.
Cons: The overtime and long hours. Its hard to separate work from life. I feel like I am on-call 24-7. I also do not enjoy the unexpected changes that occurred and the lack of clarity surrounding the reason around the change.
