Fast Paced And Always Changing. Long Hours And Overtime.
Recruiting Associate:
Pros: I like the option to work from home and to come in a bit later if needed. The casual dress environment is nice too. It is also interesting to learn about various professions while speaking with candidates.
Cons: The overtime and long hours. Its hard to separate work from life. I feel like I am on-call 24-7. I also do not enjoy the unexpected changes that occurred and the lack of clarity surrounding the reason around the change.
