Pros: Helping people while they are looking for jobs.
Cons: Lack of communication from other departments.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: The pay. I feel the amount of responsibilities and the pay I receive to not line up. I was supposed to receive a raise but have not due to COVID. I am now receiving a pay decrease and making less than when I first started two years ago.
