Pros: The potential for growth. Before i started there was not department. Although building a foundation for this department and the longevity of it has been difficult. I love the vision and how everything is surely coming together.
Cons: That my department dosen't have any concrete areas of responsibility just yet we're still learning and growing. We assist with a wide variety of departments.
