Pros: Assisting new clients on a daily basis, which enables me to learn and observe different characters and attitudes in people. Now I know how to respond and react to differents situations.
Cons: Its the same process all day every day.

Pros: The people are amiable and management is very generous. Tasks vary and there is little monotony.
Cons: Getting all of the dirty work because I am in one of the lowest positions in the company.

Cons: I don't like that a receptionist is suppose to know everything when Nothing is told to her. We don't get paid very well at all.
