Pros: Clean, updated, friendly, strong focus on customer service, made some great connections and friends with co-workers and clients, good experiences for building resume and character. Cons: High employee turnover, policies constantly change, drama in all departments, poor management (unqualified individuals in management roles), minimal room for growth, poor hours, critical/not encouraging, poor work-life balance, poor communication between departments, "customer is always right" mentality (no support or backup for employees upholding policy), double standards at times.
