Receptionist, Dental Office Reviews
What is it like working as a Receptionist, Dental Office?
January 2014
Dental Office Reception.
Receptionist, Dental Office:
Pros: The people, being able to see them leave happy, knowing you did a good job. Making the health care easy and streamlined.
Cons: The people! Dental has a terrible past of training people that the office will do everything for them. We can't do that now because of privacy laws, people don't seem to get that insurance is a form of payment. No guaranteed job if dds owns 1 office or single dds. No benefits, long nights and weekends, unending paperwork and if your dds is a control freak you will always be at fault no matter what. Little appreciation for what you do from staff and doctor. STRESS!!
