It’s complicated everything is always disorganized.ALWAYS and we’re under payed.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: It’s overwhelming we have to unload 800 to 1200 piece trucks with only 2 people then we have to help other departments when they aren’t doing anything

Cons: Corporate. New safety stuff, non competitive pay, etc.
