Dying Profession.

Pros: Autonomy working outdoors.
Valuing real estate.
Cons: Long hours and weekend work.
Salary is low after deducting car running costs which equate to high kilometres of travel every week. Salary is on par with what a forklift driver earns but they get paid overtime VALUERS dont.
Fees are low, turn around times are ridiculous.
It's a churn and burn mentality so the only ones making any money are the owners of the business - the VALUERS are treated like expendable items.
For the time required and qualification cost it's simply a profession that is dying rapidly.
