Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer:
I am not an Engineer. I have the title of RF Transmission. I am a traditional reservist on Active Duty orders. My expertise is Network Infrastructure not RF due to my civilian careers. I know Fiber Optics, satellite, cabling, terminations of all connections. Install Broadband, CATV, Telephone, CCTV, PC, SW, HW.

Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer:
Pros: I Love to do optimization and drive test.
Cons: There is no timing of our job this is the very bad factor of our jobs, we have no saturday sunday.

Cons: Here is mob, you need to struggle to show your own tallent.

Pros: I always have to travel to different places which I feel good sometimes.
Cons: I have to travel many location and working time is also not fixed. Salary is also very poor. We didn't get salary on time. No leave, no personal life, nothing.

Pros: What I like most in my current company is that I got to learn new things all the time. As we are a sub vendor company as well as training academy and I'm the head of the department. So we are providing training which made us up to date to latest technologies and also we deal with numerous other projects.
Cons: There is less growth financially.
