Quality Control Supervisor (Food / Beverage):
Pros: I have challenging work, work with a great team, have a highly skilled and competent group of reports. I make a direct impact to the company and have helped reduce costs and grow my reports. I've learned an incredible amount during the last two and a half years and will learn a LOT more during the next year.
Cons: The plant where I work will be closing at the end of 2015 and I will be forced to find a new job. Also my supervisor puts in <7 hours per day while I put in 9+.
