Quality Assurance Analyst:
The biggest thing with quality is staying focused and finding the problems. It doesn't matter if you're the "bad guy" for pointing out mistakes, your job is to make sure everyone is doing their job properly, whether you're friendly with said person or not.

Automotive Manufacturing, corporate culture, constant chaos.
Quality Assurance Analyst:
Pros: Working 2nd shift, no boss hanging over my shoulder. Ability to come in late or leave early when an emergency arises without fear of negative repercussions. Being the "IT" person for my shift.
Cons: Having to be in the office every day, not having the freedom to do some of the work via home. Not enough available overtime-overtime rate. Last minute hour changes. Pay.
January 2016
Dream come true.
Quality Assurance Analyst:
Pros: I like being able to work with games that I know are going to impact millions of people.
Cons: The company I'm with is famous for under paying their QA department.
