Pros: I reside in Woodsfield, OH. I work in Shadyside, OH. We have a great team of caring people that care about others and the end product. Unfortunately, our plant is closing. I have spent 24 years with co-workers who have become like family and at times, got to see me more than my real family.
Cons: The commute over the past 24 years has been the worst parts of my day.

Pros: Smaller city so short commute. Great character with lots of festivals and outdoor events in spring, summer, and fall. Temperate climate so not much snow in the winter and warm weather in the summer. Cost of living is fairly low.
Cons: Not as easy for single professionals. Need to expand to Raleigh and charlotte for better dating pool.
