What is it like working as a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate?
February 2023
Mostly ignored.
Quality Assurance (QA) Associate in Tampa:

April 2022
Extremely challenging.
Quality Assurance (QA) Associate in Salisbury:

July 2021
You’ll learn…
Quality Assurance (QA) Associate in Durham:
Pros: I like that I will give them a chance to learn the inns and outs of the processes that I probably wouldn’t see any more established sites
Cons: They do not pay you for your level and expect you to do more than is on your job description. And they feel like loyalty should cement you to the company versus paying you
May 2021
QA.
Quality Assurance (QA) Associate in Johannesburg:
Pros: The fact that we are able to develop agents into becoming super agents and excel in their work is a blessing to see someone else grow.
Cons: Nothing as yet as we work as a unit in building each other
December 2020
Not a good experience.
Quality Assurance (QA) Associate in Seattle:
Pros: I have a job I guess...
Cons: I attend meetings on nearly a daily basis full of great opportunities for full time employees and not the contractors, I watch people making four times my salary struggle their way through a presentation on software they "researched" but still have no clue how to use and are asked questions they cannot answer which took me a simple glance at the documentation about the software to find and answer. The FTEs are insufferable and rude to contractors for the mostpart.
August 2020
Low paying position.
Quality Assurance (QA) Associate in Kannapolis:
Pros: Getting along with other Associates, also i work on my own without being bothered.
Cons: LOW PAY? More Vacation time depending on years you have with company. Low pay raises.
August 2020
Meticulous work, eye for improvement, self starter and team player.
Quality Assurance (QA) Associate in Altona North:
Pros: There’s always room for improvement with goal to satisfy customer experience
Cons: Daunting task in limited time
