Always have a backup as far as other skills and job offers that your good at and are needed for. So, if a agency or company tell you one thing and they don't deliver on it, you will have other options. Not to be job hopping but just better prepared to maintain a living and provide for your family. Just always keep your options open!

Cons: I don't like inexperience people who don't know what they need or want.
