Pros: There is no micromanagement and it is fairly casual.
Cons: There is not a lot of guidance provided. Often feel like I need to go out of my way to learn what I need to know.

Always have a backup as far as other skills and job offers that your good at and are needed for. So, if a agency or company tell you one thing and they don't deliver on it, you will have other options. Not to be job hopping but just better prepared to maintain a living and provide for your family. Just always keep your options open!

Cons: I don't like inexperience people who don't know what they need or want. I don't like workers with no backbone or brains.
