Clinical staff is excellent. Middle management cares about the patients and staff. Upper management is focused on personal goals and missions only.

Pros: Clinical staff is professional and supportive. Supervisors allow you to make many choices about how to deliver your services.
Cons: Few opportunities to develop leadership skills and move into supervisory roles. Staff with skills and experience are not put in impactful positions unless they are within the upper management’s small circle.
