Psychiatric Technician in Lancaster:
Pros: I love going to work, interacting with clients, and advocating for those who are often unheard. The benefit package is superior to any others I have been offered.
Cons: Direct Supervisors are unequipped/ poorly skilled. Lack of Adequate Training. High Stress Environment. Lack of response to employee complaints/recommendations across all management levels (direct level to company HR). The "non-profit" is HIGHLY profit-driven and seeks to "streamline" operations such that quality of care and quality of worker life is diminished.
