Great Place to Learn.
Propulsion Engineer in Redondo Beach:
Pros: Fast paced environment half of the time, interesting projects and programs, ample avenues for growth within the company, plenty of opportunities to move within the company
Cons: The company does not seem to value the IP that was gained when it was TRW, so a lot of the propulsion experience may be lost if the company doesn’t invest in itself with IRAD money to continue to foster and train engineers.
