Proposal Coordinator:
Pros: My job, generally, is good. I telecommute everyday, work with intelligent, capable people, and am kept engaged with a variety of tasks. TCG, Inc. Is constantly looking for ways to improve their employees lives with new initiatives, like paying for employee get-togethers, starting a book club, and giving away tickets to sporting events and theater.
Cons: I have a high-stress position that puts me in a position where I have to meet strict government-mandated deadlines while managing people who are paid much more than I and have been in the industry much longer than I. My level of authority, and even many of my job responsibilities, are unclear.
