Pros: Relationships with tenants and vendors, completing tasks, great assistants, and daily challenges to learn from.
Cons: Horrible communication, lack of trust/faith from others, in-accurate judgements, unanswered questions, always changes, high stress level, expected to learn without assisting in sharing knowledge, never given proper training but expected to train others.
